Overview

Due to the customized and project-based nature of IT services, refunds are limited and governed by contractual terms.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered in cases of:

• Duplicate payments
• Billing errors
• Project cancellation prior to commencement

Milestone payments for completed work are non-refundable.

Processing Timeline

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days through the original payment method.
